Ten by Ten Shift Texts, a program of Ten by Ten Logistics Effective date: September 26, 2026

1. Program description

Ten by Ten Logistics sends text messages to its own market staff about their work schedule: weekly shift schedules, schedule changes, and requests to confirm a shift. We do not send marketing messages through this program.

2. How you join

A Ten by Ten manager asks for your consent verbally, in person or by phone, before your number is added. You join only by saying yes. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of working with us.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 4 messages per week.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Ten by Ten does not charge for these messages. Check your mobile plan for details.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To join again, reply START or ask a manager.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email PH@tenbyten.biz.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.

8. Privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the messages described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
